Anger Process

Welcome to the anger and resentment process
Marshall Rosenberg, the founder of non-violent communication, said "Anger is an expression of unmet needs". So anger has nothing to do with the other person, even if I often don't see it that way in anger, it has to do with my needs and how full they are.
Anger is a wonderful, helpful, very welcome feeling - it shows that I no longer know myself and my needs, and therefore try to make others responsible for this lack of fulfilled needs.
From the perspective of NVC, it is therefore always about rediscovering my own unfulfilled needs that I no longer had clearly - and being grateful that my own anger reminds me of them again.
This self-coaching offers you an opportunity to do just that.
If the process has brought you to a place that is not right for you - please be sure to get in touch with us. It is very important to us that your process can come to a conclusion.
