The deep spiritual dimension of non-violent communication is increasingly being integrated and processed in combination with approaches from Gestalt therapy, process-oriented psychology, NARM (healing attachment and developmental trauma), and shamanic practices.

In a residential course lasting several days, we will use the group setting to experiment with the idea that leadership is fluid and not tied to specific individuals or roles.

The seminar leaders will provide a framework that allows participants to experience what it is like to act entirely from a place of natural authority for the greater good.

The feedback culture of non-violent communication serves as a basis for us to describe the experiences without judgement, to recognise the significance of the experiences, and to invite and integrate growth and development.
