In this two-hour workshop, you will delve deeply into key topics of NVC and apply them directly to your own situation. With the help of immersive software that opens up perspectives otherwise only possible in role-plays, you will gain new insights. Afterwards, you will reflect on your experiences and exchange ideas in small groups about what you have learned and how to transfer it into everyday life.
In this way, you will nurture and train your NVC awareness to resolve conflicts, strengthen relationships and be authentic – beyond words!

The two-hour session will take place virtually via Zoom. The relevant Zoom link and further details will be provided by email prior to the session.
A computer with a screen (keyboard and 13") is necessary for the immersive process; a mobile phone/tablet is not suitable!
