Imaginary journeys, bodywork and bioenergetics, dance rituals, imagination, painting, role-playing and Gestalt therapy are used. Archetypes—e.g. hero, demon, anima/animus, sceptic—are examined. Blocking patterns, projections and role models in relationships are revealed and transformed. The aim is to shape relationship situations from a more authentic source.

The method combines Gestalt therapy, psychodrama, ritual work, bodywork, music, meditation and creative staging. Emotional and physical processes are accompanied within a safe group structure. Participants experience interactions and symbolic scenes in order to consciously recognise relationship patterns and try out alternative dynamics.

Five full days spread over six days (the first and last days are for arrival and departure).

The seminar continues into the evening and night, with overnight accommodation provided on site.

Openness to intense physical, imaginative and emotional self-awareness is essential. Previous experience with therapy, self-awareness or group work is useful but not essential. The key thing is a willingness to reflect on your own relationship patterns and to experience creative rituals within the group.
