This programme is a live virtual classroom course, 2 hours per week over 7 weeks, including additional videos, handouts and worksheets. In these joint video meetings, we will guide you through experiences that you can then deepen yourself with the material provided. We will then discuss this in the next video meeting.

This course only requires your interest in resolving conflict dynamics and your curiosity about connecting with others. You do not need any other prerequisites.

Technically, you will need a PC for the seven units of the Life Virtual classroom course (a smartphone or tablet is not sufficient for the Life Virtual meetings), as well as your time and willingness to work through the materials provided.
