Mindfulness Day

These mindfulness days invite you to take time out for yourself every now and then. Allow yourself a break from all the different roles and tasks in your everyday life. It will give you new strength, clarity and a new perspective from which to look at the issues of your everyday life.
Mindfulness training is a practical method for getting in touch with the wholeness of our being. We explore the space between stimulus and response. With simple techniques that we can also incorporate into our everyday lives, we strengthen our self-awareness and our ability to be present and empathetic.
Being mindful of ourselves is an essential prerequisite for mindful communication with others.
On this day, we spend time in silence, consciously allowing our bodies to relax and using targeted exercises and meditation to strengthen our connection to ourselves.
