Welcome to the guilt and shame process
Guilt and shame are unpleasant feelings that come over us from time to time. These natural feelings are important to keep us as part of a benevolent community.
However, guilt and shame are usually used deliberately to make others "compliant". We have experienced this time and again since childhood. Until we treat ourselves like this today, blaming and shaming ourselves by reinforcing, usually unconsciously, things we hear from others. Unfortunately, we forget our own innocence and can no longer appreciate ourselves.
So it's about rediscovering an appreciation for what drove us to do what we did back then. Acknowledging what the effect was on others and regretting it, with more inner peace and less guilt and shame.
This self-coaching offers you an opportunity to do just that.
