Information blocks and teaching discussions introduce exercises in which you are supported by trainers. Reflection and debriefing deepen the experience. We work in a process-oriented manner with various media and methodologies to make the experience varied, enjoyable and easy. We place great emphasis on the 20-minute rule, which states that theoretical input should not exceed 20 minutes.

This course is also the first day of the two-day introductory seminar "Beginners". Classroom course.

No prerequisites necessary, yet many possibilities. We enable you to experience, learn and understand the attitude and awareness of NVC in a unique way. Equally meaningful and valuable for the curious newcomer and the seasoned veteran.
