NVC-Ambassador
As the name suggests, you are an ambassador for the new awareness of connecting and appreciative relationship skills, which you bring to bear not only in one-to-one situations but also with couples, in groups, in teams or in organisations.
You are a magnet for those around you because others look to you for guidance, as you are able to remain calm and act with natural authority even in challenging situations. It doesn't matter whether you are acting in a formal or informal role.
You have recognised that empathy and deep compassion are a force that is available to you in moments when it is important to slow down and maintain an overview, when it comes to overcoming judgements and resistance in order to enable solutions that previously seemed simply hopeless.

You will practice facilitating when several participants are acting simultaneously and need something.
Information blocks and teaching discussions introduce exercises in which you are supported by trainers. In role-plays and group exercises, you learn to experience, maintain, process and channel group dynamics in "emergency situations" until this complex field reaches a consensus and thus enters a state of relaxation. Reflection and debriefing deepen the experience. We work in a process-oriented manner with various media and methodologies, including video analysis, to make the experience varied, enjoyable and easy. We place great emphasis on the 20-minute rule.
15 days (5x3 days) in person. Online participation is not possible with this format.
The NVC consciousness and practice are increasingly becoming part of your everyday life.
You have completed at least the NVC Practitioner or Practitioner PLUS course with us. If you have completed other training courses, we will work with you to assess your prior knowledge and understanding of the approach in order to avoid overload and frustration during the course.
