Day 2 – The 4 elements of NVC & the 13-step process

• How to find your inner truth through observation, feeling, need and request
• What real connection needs – and how it is translated into language
• The 13-step process: Orientation in chaos
• And: Why it's all easier than it sounds (if you practise!)

• The ability to not only survive conflicts, but to use them as opportunities

Information blocks and teaching discussions introduce exercises in which you are supported by trainers. In role-plays and group exercises, you learn to experience, maintain, process and channel group dynamics in "emergency situations" until this complex field reaches a consensus and thus enters a state of relaxation. Reflection and debriefing deepen the experience. We work in a process-oriented manner with various media and methodologies, including video analysis, to make the experience varied, enjoyable and easy. We place great emphasis on the 20-minute rule, which states that theoretical input should not exceed 20 minutes.
