Our
Seminar offer
for you
Beginners

Conversations that go round in circles – conflicts that keep you awake at night...
Does this sound familiar?
You talk – but somehow it doesn't get through.
You get into conversations that you would prefer to roll backwards out of.
Instead of clarity, there are misunderstandings. Instead of connection: drama.
And in the end, your brain goes round and round in circles like a merry-go-round – only without an exit button.
Then this 2-day basic course in Nonviolent Communication is just right for you.
For two days, you will immerse yourself in the basic principles of NVC – and learn how to remain clear, effective and connected even in difficult conversations.
This course will help you to
take a step back,
reconnect with what is really important to you,
find words that really resonate with the other person.
You don't have to know yet whether NVC will become your way of life.
But perhaps it is the first step out of drama – and into honest interaction.
Day 1 – Understanding conflicts & knowing when to walk away
- What really lies behind conflicts – and why we often find ourselves in the middle of them
- The two inner attitudes that determine your success or failure
- First steps out of old relationship patterns
- Why you have more influence over your conversations than you think
- And how you can take a friendly look at your "blind spot"
Day 2 – The 4 elements of NVC & the 13-step process
- How to find your inner truth through observation, feeling, need and request
- What real connection needs – and how it is translated into language
- The 13-step process: Orientation in chaos
- And: Why it's all easier than it sounds (if you practise!)
What you will take away:
- A deeper understanding of your own inner processes
- Clarity about your needs – and how to express them
- The ability to not only survive conflicts, but to use them as opportunities
- A toolbox for conversations where connection matters
Information blocks and teaching discussions introduce exercises in which you are supported by trainers. In role-plays and group exercises, you learn to experience, maintain, process and channel group dynamics in "emergency situations" until this complex field reaches a consensus and thus enters a state of relaxation. Reflection and debriefing deepen the experience. We work in a process-oriented manner with various media and methodologies, including video analysis, to make the experience varied, enjoyable and easy. We place great emphasis on the 20-minute rule, which states that theoretical input should not exceed 20 minutes.
The beginner's seminar lasts two days, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day, and can be booked at the weekend or during the week. Book right here on this page!
Curiosity, the courage to try new things, patience with yourself – and a little humour.
You may have some prior knowledge, but you don't need it.
