IIT Switzerland 2027
Imagine day after day in which every conversation, every meal and every walk becomes practice: listening for what is alive in another person, saying what is alive in you, and finding a way forward that works for everyone. That is what an International Intensive Training is about.
You will learn and practise with an international team of CNVC certified trainers and with people from many countries and walks of life – in a residential setting where the whole community becomes the training ground.

The event at a glance

An International Intensive Training (IIT) is the CNVC’s residential training in Nonviolent Communication. For its whole duration, participants and trainers live, eat and learn together. Sessions, practice groups, empathy circles and free time flow into one another, so that NVC is not only taught but lived – in the group and in every encounter.

What is Nonviolent Communication?
Nonviolent Communication (NVC) was developed by Marshall B. Rosenberg. It is a way of speaking and listening that keeps our attention on what people observe, feel and need – and on the requests that would make life more wonderful for everyone involved. NVC is practised worldwide in families, schools, organisations and conflict regions.
