Welcome to the anger and resentment process<\/strong><\/p>\n

Marshall Rosenberg, the founder of non-violent communication, said \"Anger is an expression of unmet needs\". So anger has nothing to do with the other person, even if I often don't see it that way in anger, it has to do with my needs and how full they are. <\/p>\n

Anger is a wonderful, helpful, very welcome feeling - it shows that I no longer know myself and my needs, and therefore try to make others responsible for this lack of fulfilled needs.<\/p>\n

From the perspective of NVC, it is therefore always about rediscovering my own unfulfilled needs that I no longer had clearly - and being grateful that my own anger reminds me of them again.<\/p>\n
